Support the launch of a new product

Initial audit identified influencers to co-create launch materials. as we earned trust we were increasingly used to measure the performance (and offer fixes) on social media activity delivered by their agencies. Also (at year end) ran a workshop with key comms team to help them develop a social media strategy.

Result
Clear strategy derived from the community landscape audit – new personas identified, new routs to market identified. Retained consultancy aimed at honing comms efforts. Supported in the development of strategy across the organisation in a one-day workshop.
